Natural family planning methods differ from one another, and how well a method works depends on the method itself, the quality of the teaching, and consistent correct use. The program makes no promises about results and publish no effectiveness guarantees.

Decisions about family planning belong to the couple, made together and supported by a trained instructor for the method they are learning and by a qualified health professional. Nothing on this site replaces either of them.

• Original writing, images, and design on this site belong to the Responsible Parenthood and Natural Family Planning (RP-NFP) program of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro.
• Church documents, papal texts, and other quoted material remain the copyright of their own publishers. This site quotes and links to them; it does not own them.
• You are welcome to share these pages, print them, or quote from them for personal, parish, or classroom use, as long as it is not commercial and you say where it came from and link back.
• For anything beyond that — reprinting, translating, or commercial use — please ask first through the contact page.

When you use this site, please do not:

• scrape, crawl in bulk, or copy the site automatically, or try to overload it;
• use the contact form to send abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• attempt to gain access to the admin area, the database, or any part of the site that is not public;
• misrepresent the content here as an official statement of the Catholic Church or of any medical body.

The program may block access or remove messages that break these rules, without notice.

This site links to Church documents, government pages, health information, and NFP organisations because they are useful. The program does not control those sites, it is not responsible for what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.

Gifts made through the support page are voluntary. Payment happens inside GCash or PayPal — never on this site — and the program stores no payment details.

The program does not issue official receipts, and it makes no claim that a gift is tax-deductible. Please do not treat a donation as a deductible contribution unless you have been told otherwise in writing.

Any advert you see here is a house advert entered by an administrator of this site. There is no ad network, no tracking script, and no advertising cookie. Adverts are clearly labelled Sponsored and link out with a sponsored-link marker.

Adverts on this site follow a written acceptance policy.

The program may accept adverts for:

• health and wellness services and products;
• food and food businesses;
• agencies and other local businesses whose goods or services are lawful, safe, and consistent with the program’s mission.

The program does not accept adverts for:

• gambling or betting;
• tobacco, vaping, or alcohol;
• adult content;
• weapons;
• products or services that contradict the program’s mission or Catholic teaching on marriage and family life;
• anything unlawful or that the program judges harmful to families;
• health claims that are unproven or misleading.

Direct sponsors are reviewed and approved by the RP-NFP program administrators before publication. Google AdSense advertisements, when enabled, are selected by Google’s network; administrators use AdSense’s category controls to apply this policy. Adverts are clearly labelled, and the program may remove any advert at any time.

The program does its best to keep the site up and the content current, but it cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Pages, features, and these terms may change or be withdrawn at any time.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, the program is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of this site, from relying on anything published here, from links to other sites, or from the site being unavailable. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes arising from them fall to the courts of the Philippines.
